London Diaspora Live was originally set up London-based art charity Cultural Co-operation in 2002, to platform traditional music from across the world, and to promote inter-cultural dialogue and exchange. Seven years later, the show has profiled more than a hundred groups and ensembles, and has become a a regular feature on London’s art station Resonance FM. In this episode, the show’s producer, Charlotte Dove, looks back on last couple of years of broadcasting, and remembers some of the collaborations which have taken her by surprise.
