Everybody was going on about karma … But it occurred to me that karma is instant as well as it influences your past life or your future life … So the idea of instantkarma was like the idea of instant coffee: presenting something in a new form.” JOHN LENNON

Amina La Mina (Amina The Mine) is mixing voices and legacies of previous or never lived lives. She never gets tired of being crowded with questions that usually go unanswered for years. Like a voice-over, it creeps into the innermost mechanisms of the Human and then blows them up. Because that’s what mines are for.

In Berlin since 2013, after a master degree in references to art history in music videos (Madonna) at the HBK Braunschweig, she explored body language with performance, mime, dance and then theatre. Her first love remains although writing. In 2021 she published the collection of poems “Vivere o morire” in the anthology “Sentieri d’inverno”. One of them is dedicated to the angels of Berlin.

On this journey music has helped her find the key to her soul.
