Anthony Iles is a writer of criticism, fiction and theory, based in London. He is assistant editor of Mute, an online and quarterly print magazine,, editor of the books, with Mattin, Noise & Capitalism (2009), with Stefan Szczelkun, Agit Disco, (2011) and co-author of, with Josephine Berry Slater, No Room to Move: Radical Art and the Regenerate City, (2010) and a contributor, with Marina Vishmidt, to the book Communization and its Discontents, (2011).

Rachel Baker (uk) is a member of the artserver collective practising in the fields of net art, net radio and cultural hacking. She was an employee of the Arts Council of England for seven years as the Officer for Media Art, and then for Digital and Broadcast Media. More recently she has returned to art production and research into art, politics and technology, and to experimental music and sound production.
