When you listen to Michael Landau and the Cupcakes you hear what it sounds like to fall in love in a dream. And for Michael, the dream became a reality with the beginning of the group. His idea to have back up singers came after a single glance of Marianne (whom he knew not),who was sitting with his friend Silvia at a Jazz club in Berlin. Three months later he had enough material to ask them to be his cupcakes and put his plan to win Mariannes heart in to action. From the first practice it was love all around.
