Media Loca is very happy to add a new duo to the roster:
Nguyễn + Transitory attempts to approach sound, synthesis, noise, rhythm, and performance from a less-colonial lens as well as trying to empirically learn more of the various Southeast Asian+diaspora queer existences and histories.
They describe their 2 different ways of performing: Either playing concerts with sets of modular synthesizers plus theremin and voice.
Or with their intense site-specific performance produced through means of touching: Bird Bird, Touch Touch, Sing Sing.
